Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days – €4.90
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days – €9.90
- Free standard delivery on orders over €200
European Union 🇪🇺
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days – €9.90
- Express delivery: 2–4 business days – €14.90
- Free standard delivery on orders over €300
International (outside EU) 🌍
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days – €24.90
- Express delivery: 3–7 business days – €39.90
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs & Duties
International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
